三是抓好全社会协同发力。广泛动员社会各方面力量，举国同心合力巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果。强化东西部协作，东部8个省（直辖市）与西部10个省（自治区、直辖市）结对帮扶；持续开展定点帮扶，310家中央单位定点帮扶脱贫县；优化驻村帮扶，15万支驻村工作队、50多万名驻村干部奋战在乡村一线；拓展社会帮扶，开展“万企兴万村”行动，动员民营企业、社会组织发挥优势帮扶重点区域。跨地区、跨部门、全社会共同参与的社会帮扶体系更加完善，促进了脱贫地区在发展中不掉队、赶上来。
